Milkman Grooming Co. has spent over a decade building a reputation as a disruptor in the men’s grooming space. Founded eleven years ago, the brand quickly gained global recognition for premium beard and skincare products. However, according to co-founder Jackee De Campo, the industry has seen little real innovation since.

“There have been hundreds of boutique beard brands launched since we started,” said De Campo. “But most of them sell the same products with minor variations. We found many customers weren’t happy with how oily and greasy traditional beard products feel.”
