Despite the sometimes dreary connotations, the hotel is paving the way for venues around the country to up their game and become so much more than just a place to down a beer.

Comprising two levels, the hotel offers something for everyone. The bottom level, with its gorgeous floor to ceiling windows is home to televised sports games and a wide drink selection.

Whilst upstairs is The Terrace, a perfect moonlit setting that allows guests to enjoy a delicious, high quality meal and glass of wine with a loved one. Their new menu has been put in place by Executive Chef Ben Varela which has revitalised the entire venue and given it a new lease of life. The Woollahra Hotel is becoming increasingly popular with foodie enthusiasts. The menu consists of classic dishes, complete with a modern twist.

Favourites include: Crystal Bay Popcorn Prawns and Chipotle Chicken Salad paired with the mouth watering Passion for Ms. Peach cocktail made up of vodka, house-made passionfruit syrup, Cointreau, lime, cranberry and peach bitters.
