On the 13th of June, 2017 iconic Brisbane restaurant, Stokehouse Q launched their brand new RAW menu, and all we can say is "wow"! It’s an unmissable, delicious collaboration between the restaurants award-winning Head Chef, Richard Ousby and one of Australia’s most celebrated sashimi chefs, Hajime Horiguchi.
Featuring five different dishes of unique flavour combinations and leading culinary techniques, the RAW menu is perfect for all the seafood lovers! Oysters with ikura and ponzo and torched Ora King with yuzu miso take centre stage, whilst Walker Bigeye Tuna with Shima Wasabi is perfect for those who love a bit of spice. All divinely delectable, we can guarantee you’ll have trouble deciding on which meal to try first!
