Hospitality entrepreneur, Damian Griffiths said you can expect, "quality, artisan doughnuts made fresh daily!
"We'll be changing the menu regularly from a list of ... flavours, which we've collected through research and experimentation. We'll have two ranges – glazed and cream-filled."
Over 10 flavours will see their way from the kitchen at sister-venue Chester Street in Newstead and delivered fresh, daily to Doughnut Time, with traditional glazed doughnuts such as Vanilla and Chocolate accompanied by more creative creations including Pistachio and Brown Butter, Raspberries and Cream, and Maple and Bacon.
Fancier-filled doughnuts include a Crème Brulee doughnut, a Nutella doughnut topped with cinnamon sugar, and a decadent Lemon Cheesecake doughnut, all of which are expected to be a hit.
Doughnut Time will be open seven days as week, day and night.
Doughnut deliveries will also be offered to residents and offices from Fortitude Valley to the CBD.
