The first is Cocktails...
If you want something fresh for your palette, the Brilliant Brazilian Boys have created some perfect drinks. I would highly recommend the Grape and Peach Caipiroska for those with a sweet tooth and the Passionfruit, Chili and Basil Caipiroska, for those who like an extra kick to their thirst quencher.
The second culinary experience is Churrasco...an all-you-can-eat BBQ Meat Marathon that will leave your stomach sensationally satisfied.
Waiters circulate the restaurant with large skewers of freshly barbequed meat, to be carved off at your desire. There are 22 different meat skewers you can try, each with its own unique mixture of herbs and spices to truly delight your senses. My personal favourites are the Beef Short Ribs (cooked for 6 hours), the Honey Pork, Garlic Beef and perhaps the number one Churrasco choice-the Spanish Chorizo. All meats are accompanied by side dishes including potato salad, coleslaw, parmesan/rocket and cheese balls.
If a meaty meal isn't quite what you're looking for, Char & Co can still entice you with some of their lighter Tapas meal options. Above, the Jalapenos Rellonos, (battered peppers with aioli and cheese) and the Bacalhau (cod fritters), are particularly scrumptious.
For that perfect ending, the delectable desserts include Maracuja E Abacaxi (pineapple cheese cake) and the Churros (with chocolate sauce and caramel fudge).
If you haven't yet experienced this Brazilian bonanza, take the time to visit Char & Co and let your Aussie taste buds experience a new kind of BBQ!
