Our favourite time of the year is almost upon us, so what better time to start planning our outfits for our party season celebrations! However, one element that we are all guilty of overlooking is over indulging throughout party season. Hey, we get it- it’s the perfect time to let loose and enjoy as many chocolate covered almonds, baked potatoes and mince pies as we desire. But one factor we never consider is the calories hidden in our favourite drinks.

Eliminate the guilt whilst still enjoying a generous tipple this party season with these healthy cocktails.

It’s a classic that is sure to be your guilt free savour this festive season. Swap the sugar for fresh summer fruits like mangoes and berries for an added sweet twist.

A combination of red wine and fresh fruit- this is a drink created by the cocktail gods. Combine your favourite bottle of red with sliced apples and oranges and top with sugar free lemonade and soda water for a refreshing summery thirst-quencher.
