These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the UPclose interview series conducted by Fashion Weekly (“we”, “us”, “our”) and your submission of audio, video, and related content via our AI interview tool.

By proceeding with the interview process, you (“Participant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Consent to Record

You consent to being recorded via video, audio, and/or written transcription during your interview session. These recordings will be used by Fashion Weekly for editorial, promotional, and commercial purposes, including (but not limited to) blog articles, videos, social media content, newsletters, digital publications, and advertising.

2. License and Rights Granted

You grant Fashion Weekly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit your name, image, likeness, voice, biography, and the content of your interview in any format or media now known or developed in the future.

This includes the right to:

• Edit, adapt, or combine your interview with other content;

• Publish the resulting work on our website, YouTube, social media platforms, email campaigns, and promotional materials;

• Use excerpts or quotes from the interview in editorial and marketing contexts.

3. Content Ownership

Fashion Weekly retains all ownership rights in the final edited content produced from the interview, including but not limited to video recordings, blog articles, short clips, audio content, and promotional materials.

You retain ownership of your original ideas and brand but do not have any claim to ownership of the edited content.

4. Participant’s Rights

You may share or link to the final published content on your own platforms (e.g. website, social media, portfolio) for promotional purposes.

• You may not alter, resell, or republish the edited content without written permission from Fashion Weekly.

• You may request factual corrections prior to publication, but you acknowledge that final editorial control rests with Fashion Weekly.

5. No Compensation

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, participation in the UPclose interview series is voluntary and does not entitle you to financial compensation, royalties, or payment.

6. Representations and Warranties

By participating, you represent and warrant that:

• You are over 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent.

• The information you provide is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.

• You have the authority to grant the rights described in this agreement.

7. Privacy and Data Use

Fashion Weekly collects and processes your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (link to be inserted). Your contact details will only be used for communication regarding the interview and publication process unless otherwise consented.

8. Limitation of Liability

You agree to release and hold harmless Fashion Weekly, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or connected with the use of the interview materials as permitted under this Agreement.

9. Termination and Revocation

Fashion Weekly reserves the right to decline or withdraw publication of your interview at its sole discretion. You may withdraw consent prior to recording; however, once the interview has been recorded and used in published content, revocation is no longer guaranteed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert Jurisdiction], Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Acceptance of Terms
