Two Brisbane locals, Claire Goldsworthy and Mitchell Dempsey founded Emerge Australia with a goal to support and develop the Brisbane Fashion Industry.
In 2014, Emerge Australia has joined with the Teneriffe Festival to present the Emerge Australia Fashion Precinct on Saturday July 5th. Both Mitchell and Claire are
determined to raise the bar in Brisbane when it comes to fashion events, "we wanted to
create a full day of fashion that had depth to it. Our 7 shows are based on the fundamental
backbones of the fashion industry from our emerging designers and established
boutiques, our Australian beach culture, the importance of primary industries and
sustainability in the fashion realm, as well as the amazing stylists and salons that we have
here in Brisbane."
The full day's program with also include pamper stations, pop-up shops, interactive
styling workshops and much more. Their growing list of fashion allies includes some of
the most influential designers and boutiques in Brisbane: Tengdahl, Toscani, Atelier, Erin
Hassall, Harriette Hill, Anna Hulm, Vogue Nationale, Stone and Metal, Thousand Island
Dressing, Oki & Oro and many more.
VIP seats and table packages are limited and will definitely sell out before Saturday July
5th. Table packages include complimentary canapés from La Rotisserie and gourmet
chocolate tasting plates, gift bag, VIP bar access with Veuve and Green Beacon, front
row views, designer goodies and giveaways. Every SILVER and GOLD ticket purchase
