Kanye is done being hangry in McDonald's poem

Written by Jessica Lunan

Poor Kanye.

Poor Kanye.

Kimmy’s strict diet has seemed to put Kanye over the edge. To cope with his intense, delicious food withdrawals (hey, we’ve all been there) he has vented his fast food frustrations in a poem dedicated to our all-time fave restaurant with the golden arches, McDonald's.

The ode was featured in Frank Ocean's free magazine which was handed out to celebrate the drop of his much anticipated album. It includes interviews, exclusive photography and contributions from Ocean’s musical pals.

Check out Kanye’s very emotional rhyme below.

"McDonalds Man
McDonalds Man
The french fries had a plan
The french fries had a plan
The salad bar and the ketchup made a band
Cus the french fries had a plan
The french fries had a plan
McDonalds Man
I know them french fries have a plan
I know them french fries have a plan
The cheeseburger and the shakes formed a band
To overthrow the french fries plan
I always knew them french fries was evil man
Smelling all good and shit
I don't trust no food that smells that good man
I don't trust it
I just can't
McDonalds Man
McDonalds Man
McDonalds, damn
Them french fries look good tho
I knew the Diet Coke was jealous of the fries
I knew the McNuggets was jealous of the fries
Even the McRib was jealous of the fries
I could see it through his artificial meat eyes
And he only be there some of the time
Everybody was jealous of them french fries
Except for that one special guy
That smooth apple pie"

We can’t help but wonder the state Kayne was in when he penned this questionable masterpiece. We can’t deny how incredible a medium cheeseburger meal is after a big night out.

Or perhaps it has a deeper meaning. Is Kanye the fries, society the McNuggets and Kim the apple pie? We may never know.

What we do know is that being hangry can make the best of us a little crazy. Although we’re not too sure if Kanye needed much help in that department...
