Curls and Waves Rule

The images and hair are as exciting as her subjects that include Adele, (pictured) Brooke Durrant, Bianca Hepburn and Kristy McKenzie.

"We were excited to work with Adele from IMG models," said Bonnie. "She's well travelled and already making a big name for herself partly because she is so versatile. She never looks the same in any two pictures."

Bonnie gives some tips on how she achieved Adele's look below.

Adele | VS Sassoon | Bonnie Gillies

* To create this look I used the VS Sassoon Total Protection Ceramic Intense Curling Wand (with the smaller barrel - you can choose from two sizes depending on the effect you want) to curl sections of Adele's hair. This wand is really easy and fast to use as it doesn't have a clip – simply wrap sections of hair around the conical wand and release to create curl after curl.

*Once all the hair was curled I gave a liberal spray of hair spray and ran my fingers through her hair until the curls softened and looked loose, light and wispy.

* I finished off with a light spray of texture spray.

* On Adele's face I used a mineral foundation from Youngblood and lashings of a mineral mascara to create chunky voluminous lashes.

* To finish I added a soft pink lip and cheeks for a natural flushed glow.
