Ahh, winter. We love the break you give us from the sweltering heat (especially here in Brisbane), and you give us an excuse to rug up, stay home and eat all the comfort food we can imagine. However, with winter comes the countless excuses as to why we don’t need to exercise. It’s too cold to go for a run. Who needs a bikini body in winter anyways? Sound familiar?
