What Happens Next

If you have reached this page after completing our enquiry form, you should have received our current Rate Card with our guest post, sponsored content and advertising options.
Here is the complete process from enquiry through to publication:
You have completed your enquiry and received our current Rate Card. Your next step is to send us your proposed content for editorial review.
1. Enquiry Submitted
You have completed the Fashion Weekly enquiry form and provided us with information about your proposed placement.

2. Review Your Rate Card
You should have received our current Rate Card by email, outlining our available publishing and advertising options.
There is no need to place an order yet.
If you would like to proceed after reviewing the rates, the next step is to send us your proposed content.
3. Submit Your Content for Editorial Review
Reply to the email you received from Fashion Weekly with your proposed article or content.
Our team will review it for suitability and ensure it meets our editorial requirements.
All guest posts, sponsored content and advertising placements are subject to editorial approval.
Please wait for approval before placing your order.
4. Receive Editorial Approval
Once your content has been reviewed, we will let you know whether it has been approved for publication.
If changes are required, we will advise you before you proceed.
Once your content has been approved, you can complete your order through the Fashion Weekly Advertiser Dashboard.
5. Place Your Order & Arrange Payment
Once your content has been approved, log in or create your Fashion Weekly Advertiser account and select the agreed publishing option.
You will be asked to provide your billing details and choose from the available payment methods.
PayPal
Pay securely online using PayPal.
USD Bank Transfer
International advertisers can choose to pay by USD bank transfer to Fashion Weekly's USD account, provided through Wise.
This option is particularly useful for agencies and organisations where the person arranging the placement is not responsible for making payment.
After placing your order, you will receive our USD bank account details together with your Fashion Weekly order number. These details can be forwarded to your accounts or finance department to arrange payment.
Please include your Fashion Weekly order number as the payment reference so we can match the payment to your order.
Once payment has been made, please reply to your Fashion Weekly email with a copy of the remittance advice. This will help us identify and process your payment promptly.
Please note: USD Bank Transfer is currently available to international advertisers only. Australian advertisers should select PayPal.
6. Payment & Publication
Once your order has been completed and payment has been received, your approved content will move to publication.
Our standard turnaround time is publication by the end of the next Australian business day (Australian Eastern Time) once:
- your content has received editorial approval;
- your order has been completed; and
- payment has been received.
We will provide you with the published link once your content is live.

Submission of an enquiry or article does not guarantee publication. All proposed content and placements are subject to Fashion Weekly's editorial approval.
