Reality television personality and entrepreneur, Astrid Bavaresco, is taking the world by storm and making her mark in fashion, business and television. Astrid has been busy working on the new new season of ‘WAGS Miami’, creating her swimwear line ‘Hera Swim’ and studying her master’s degree. We caught up with Astrid to find out what to expect on the show, how she manages her busy lifestyle and what she likes to do in her spare time.

Are you excited for ‘WAGS Miami’ to air late August and what can we expect from you on the show?

AB: Yes, I am excited. I think this year you can expect to see a little bit more of what is going on in my personal life. Also, you will see us enjoying the Miami WAG life and trying to keep friendships together.

Being such a successful entrepreneur and television personality, have you found it difficult to manage both your work and play life?

AB: Absolutely. It is such a hard task to balance being a television personality, owning a business and completing a Master’s degree.

You have graduated with an Associates in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor in Health Science and you’re now studying your Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Communications Disorders. Are you hoping to go further with your degree or are you striving to succeed being a TV personality and swimwear designer?

AB: School is my number one priority and Speech-Language Pathology is my passion. I do want to also be successful in my other endeavours but my biggest personal goal is to obtain my Master’s degree.

Who or what inspired you to create your swimwear line Hera Swim?

AB: Myself. I always had a passion for swimwear and I knew this would be something I would enjoy and be good at.

Do you feel that your swimwear reflects your personality?

AB: It does. I believe “Hera” is classic but sexy. It reflects me. I find my self to be sexy but not too loud or extravagant.

What is your go to swim look and why?

AB: My go to swim look is Hera’s “SCYLLA”. It’s a one piece with a low-back and side boob cut. It's sexy and comfortable at the same time! I love it.

When you’re not spending your time on set for WAGS, studying or working on your swimwear line, what do you do in your spare time?

AB: In my spare time, I love to spend time with my family. I also love to work out and dedicate time to personal life.

It’s so exciting to see such an influential woman in the health field and the fashion and TV industry, what advice can you give to all of the girls and guys out there who are hoping for entrepreneur success?

AB: Follow your heart and your passion. You have to create goals for yourself and not get distracted. Success does not come over night and you will face many obstacles. Don’t get discouraged and don’t give up! Work hard in silence and let success make the noise.

What are you endeavouring to achieve with Hera Swim and what are your future plans for your brand?

AB: I hope that my brand will become recognised not only locally but internationally. I would also love to see Hera Swim in stores.

Tune into ‘WAGS Miami’ which will be airing on E! late August and check out the ‘Hera Swim’ website and Instagram for the latest designs. To keep up with Astrid Bavaresco’s journey on ‘WAGS Miami’ and her personal life, make sure to follow her Instagram.
